The staff was mostly friendly, some more than others. The room was lovely and modern, yet not cold feeling. The housekeeping left the shower head facing straight on toward whoever turned on the water outside the shower. I ended up waking up fast with a blast of cold water to the face. I am sure the housekeepers got a kick out of that but we reflected that in our tip. It is a nice hotel and I definitely would recommend this particular hotel to family and friends.

This property is so beautiful the room was very spacious. We were upgraded to a suite which had a living area and bedroom which was very nice as we were visiting family so they could come up to room and catch up with us. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and night life. Valet parking was convenient courteous and prompt.

This hotel is beautiful and I go out of my way to stay at a Hotel Monaco. As usual it was stunning and the room was comfy.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the temperature of the room was good, the rooms were quiet and the staff was polite. I forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and they gave me one right away. The hotel also texted me every day to see if we needed anything, which we did not, but it was a nice gesture.

It's the only hotel I've been to in Salt Lake City, so I can't really make comparisons, but it was a very comfortable room for a reasonable price (compared to hotels in many other destinations), and the location was surprisingly good (we caught a musical on a National Tour just across the street!) Very quiet other than the sound of the heating itself.

Breakfast was outstanding! By far the most satisfying, elegant and delicious hotel breakfast I have had in a long time-this includes travel in Europe. And at a reasonable price. Also the staff are excellent and friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable. Within walking distance to City Creek and Eccles Theater. Dog was welcome.

Extremely pet friendly. No extra charge for our small dog. All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.
